By booking an appointment, purchasing Hair / Products, or submitting a payment with Shislays Hair London and using this website you agree the following Terms of Service in full.
Deposits & Payments
Hair Appointments
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all hair service appointments. Deposits apply toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of hair service.
- Payments for hair services can be made via Cash or Bank Transfer.
Purchasing Shislays Hair
- When purchasing Shislays Hair payments are made in full via the website or payment link
- Payments for Hair services can be made via Cash or Bank Transfer.
- All custom orders are non-refundable in every case.
- Payment processing via Stripe takes 7 working days / 5 Working Days via tis website.
Refunds / Appointment Cancelling & Rescheduling
- All deposits, services rendered and all custom orders are non-refundable in all cases.
- If you have a confirmed appointment - you can reschedule once, no less than 48 hours to your appointment date.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation without refund.
Limitation of liability
- Clients are required to communicate respectfully and professionally with our team both in person and online.
- Clients must disclose all relevant hair history before services.
- Clients must arrive to appointments on time and properly prepared or risk loosing the appointment slot.
- Failure to meet preparation standards will result in additional charges
- Hair results vary based on hair condition, hair history and maintenance.
- Shislays London - is not liable for your shipping delays, allergic reactions, hair loss or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare directions.
- We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any stage of your appointment if we believe it to be absolutely necessary for your safety.
- By booking / purchasing with us, you release the buisness and staff from liability related to unknown or undisclosed risks.
