Cancellation Policy

Deposits for all bookings are non-refundable. If you have a confirmed appointment, you can reschedule once - no less than 72 hours to your appointment date. Rescheduling is allowed one time only per booking. Last minute cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals to appointments will result in forfeiture of deposit and booking restrictions.
